Mindfulness for Self-Healing
Wednesdays 6:30-7:30, both in-person and online.
Join me for a new series on mindfulness practice. We’ll start with understanding what mindfulness is and how it can help us live more presently and with less anxiety. I’ll be sharing practices that are easily accessible and that you can do at home anytime. In-person class is limited to 10 but you can also join us online via SKYPE. When you register for the online class, I’ll send you a link to the online classroom. $10 per class. **You must register at least 2 hours before class.

This is an online class so you can practice in the comfort of your home. Trauma-sensitive yoga is an evidence-based practice that helps the practitioner reconnect with the physical body in a very gentle way, calms the nervous system, and brings choice into the practice. Absolutely no experience necessary and you can practice on a mat or in a chair. This is not a typical yoga class.
